Our franchise philosophy really is one with a difference. Our franchise fee is possibly the lowest in the area. The reason for this? We don’t aim to make money from Instructors; our aim is to form a collective pool of resources in order to market ourselves to secure enough work for all of us. The driving school industry has never been more competitive and many fellow Instructors constantly tell us they’re noticing a real change in the amount of work coming their way.

Each instructor is allocated a certain area to work within, and our marketing strategy is structured so that all the areas have a sufficient amount of work to keep us as busy as we want to be! We never recruit an Instructor unless we’re 100% certain the work is there for them. Our franchise agreement is simple and unambiguous; there are no hidden surprises. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all our dealings with Instructors.

We regularly consult with Instructors regarding any proposed changes and are always keen to discuss any ideas on how things can be improved for Pupils, Instructors and the Driving School as a whole.
